With over two decades of basketing training and coaching experience from the youth to professional level, Trust The Process Basketball training aims to teach, develop, and improve fundamental and advanced basketball skills, abilities, and knowledge. Trust The Process Basketball training includes basketball skill development, teaching basketball game reads, and game application. Our training also includes, but is not limited to components of speed/agility/quickness, and plyometric and strength and conditioning training. Whether you are a beginner touching the basketball for the first time, an AAU/Club/High School/College/Pro athlete, or are just looking for a good basketball workout, we can accommodate your needs!
Small Group Training (6 person limit)
Semi-Private Training (2 - 4 person limit)
Private Training (1 - 2 person limit)
Team Training (12 person limit)

Trust The Process Basketball camps and clinics are designed to focus on the essential elements of basketball. Trust The Process Basketball camp and clinic participants will receive instruction from knowledgeable staff, build and improve basketball skills and knowledge, and have a safe learning environment and opportunity to apply skills in live scenarios to build and improve basketball IQ.
Trust The Process Basketball camp and clinic participants will also learn static and dynamic warm-up stretch routines, partake in skill stations, drill competitions, receive speed/agility/quickness training, receive life skills information and more...
